Surrounded by the mountains and Tennessee River, El Toro found more than a place to serve food—we found a community that welcomed us like family.
A New Chapter
El Toro opened its doors in Dayton on August 10, 2005. In 2019, our family had the opportunity to become independent and begin a new chapter as El Toro Authentic Mexican Grill.
That independence gave us the freedom to bring our own recipes, ideas, and vision to life while continuing to serve the neighbors who helped us grow.
Today, we work hard to make every guest feel at home—from the first basket of chips to the last bite.
